It was in mid-March 2022 that the affair broke out. The 22-year-old woman goes to a Paris police station to file a complaint. She claims to be businessman captivewho, according to her testimony, had been raping her since 2016 or 2017, when she was at the time still minor.
“If you give me your virginity, I will give you 4000 euros”
the old CEO of Assu 2000, aged 75, who had to resign from his post, would have met the young woman through her cousin (a version of the facts which she refutes). According to Aïcha, her cousin offered her prostitution and took her to Jacques Bouthier’s home.
“There was already a girl at home. She explained to me that she has had sex with Jacques Bouthier since she was 17, but now that she is 23, she’s too old and that I was her replacement“said the complainant, who was only 16 years old at the time of the events.
For three months, she allegedly had paid sex with the CEO of Assu 2000without vaginal penetration… until he made another proposal to her: “He told me : ‘If you give me your virginity, I’ll give you 4000 euros and I’ll buy you a phone‘”. The young woman reportedly gave in and suffered a “rough report“, according The Parisian.
Jacques Bouthier would have asked for a girl aged 8 to 14
Heard by the investigators, Jacques Bouthier, he confirmed the facts, but assured that he thought at the time that the young woman was of age. He did not fail to describe her as “a big naughty“. However, in a conversation intercepted by the investigators, Jacques Bouthier would have dropped to his interlocutor: “I believe she was underage“.

Up to 14 years old, no more“she assured.
Aïcha then makes him believe that she has found a 13-year-old Moroccan woman, ready to move in with him. It is actually a 14-year-old Romanian girl, who part of the complainant’s plan to expose Jacques Bouthier’s behavior. “The idea was that she and Bouthier find themselves naked and I had to take Bouthier’s clothes, lock them in the apartment and call the police.“, she explained.
