Singer, actress, model and magazine leader Dani has died at the age of 77. In the cinema, she had notably shot for François Truffaut, Claude Chabrol, Danièle Thompson or Olivier Marchal.

This Monday, July 18, the singer and actress Dani died at the age of 77. His manager Lambert Boudier announced the sad news to AFP on Tuesday, July 19. The artist, model and magazine leader is died “following an illness” at her home, in the Tours region.
Dani had just completed his album tour Golden Horizons and was preparing a new musical opus entitled Attention Departure. In a message posted on his Facebook account, Lambert Boudier said:
We were warned, she had just forgotten to tell us that it would be imminent. Booms and bangs, Dani lived it and made us live it, to meet her was to embark on a mad race where love was the key word. (…) She was a powerful breath of life, a whole nature, overflowing with love and energy.
Dani’s singing career began in the mid-60s with the title Tomboy. Some of his most famous songs include The Girl on a Motorcycle, The Machine, H for hippies and of course like a boomerangin duet with Etienne Daho.
Actress for François Truffaut and Claude Chabrol
His first film role, Dani finds it in 1964 in Round, directed by Roger Vadim. She then spins under the direction of François Truffaut in The American night and love on the run. She also gives the reply to Isabelle Huppert in the drama A women’s affairdirected by Claude Chabrol.
In 2007, Dani is nominated for the César for Best Supporting Actress for Orchestra seats by Daniele Thompson. In recent years, she has appeared in My king by Maïwenn, guy by Alex Lutz and Carbon by Olivier Marchal. The director of 36 Quai des Goldsmiths also offers him a short but poignant appearance in Bronxwhich will remain the last feature film of the actress.
