British singer Dua Lipa is reportedly in talks for the next DC Extended Universe film, Zatanna.
Indeed, according to twomoiworld, Dua Lipa Reportedly in talks to star in DC’s upcoming solo movie “Zatanna,” one of the DC Universe’s most powerful magicians, and a member of the Justice League.
Created by Gardner Fox and Murphy Anderson, Zatanna Zatara made her first appearance in the Hawkman comics in November 1964. She is the daughter of a famous stage magician named Giovanni Zatara, which debuted during the Golden Age of comics. Naturally, Zatanna inherited her father’s magical powers and his career as a professional stage magician. Some of his powers are the ability to control the elements, telekinesis, telepathy, teleportation, and reality manipulation.
Emerald Fennell is in charge of writing the film Zatanna for DC Movies. The project is headed by Bad Robot Productions of JJ Abramsone of the brains behind the future of the DC Extended Universe.
