During the Marvel Animation panel at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios made plenty of announcements for Spider-Man: Freshman Year.
Originally thought of as a prequel to Captain America: Civil War (2016), Spider-Man: Freshman Yearwhich chronicles Peter Parker’s beginnings as a superhero, will ultimately take place on another land in the multiverse.
Slated for release in 2024, the series will feature several iconic Weaver enemies including Doctor Octopus, Rhino, Scorpion, Speed Demon and Tarantula. On the side of the secondary characters, there will be Harry Osborn, Nico Minoru, Lonnie Lincoln, Amadeus Cho and many others.
By the way, Daredevil will appear in the series and it is charlie cox who will double it.
Spider-Man: Freshman Year of marvel studios is written and produced by Jeff Trammel.
