The production, which starred Daniel Tovar, Miguel Santa Rita and Tatiana Martínez, returned to the memory of many after the podcast ‘El Control Perdido’, which is on Spotify, had an episode with the Mexican actor who played the character of ‘Phyto’.
After nearly 20 years, fans of the program remember it with emotion, listening to Tovar’s interview, who gave interesting facts about the production of the series.
“We recorded on the weekends because we all went to school. They didn’t pay me well, but I was very happy and we had a lot of fun. They said that it was no longer continuing, we had guests, but ‘Nickelodeon’ took the production to Venezuela, then to Colombia and the project no longer continued”, Said the Mexican in the podcast.
Daniel Tovar also explained that acting was just a “hobby” for him, since when he made the recordings he was only 16 years old and was in high school (Mexican term to define the upper secondary education of a school). He also commented that many of the people who are around 26 years old remember him for his character ‘Fito.’
