- Middle Thompson is a beautiful lake for fishing or playing. The lake is 557 acres in size with an average depth of 55 feet. The deepest point in the lake is 160 feet and the shoreline is 5.81 miles long. Fish species include: rainbow,brook, brown and westslope cutthroat trout, kokanee, northern pike, mountain whitefish, sucker, and yellow perch.
